Tear the foil pouch. The mask begins warming immediately on contact with air — iron powder, activated by oxygen.
2. Unfold & fit
Open one pouch and turn the white fabric side up. Pinch and peel from the centre to reveal the ear loops, then place over closed eyes and relax as it warms.
3. Relax
Lie back, close your eyes, and let the warmth soothe your eye area for 20–30 minutes. The heat stays consistent throughout.
4. Remove & dispose
Remove after use and dispose. Each mask is single-use — designed for one perfect session. Open a fresh one next time.
