Our repeat customers typically reorder a 30-pack about every two months, or three or four masks a week. Pick the rhythm that matches yours and change it whenever you like.

How does an Aelo subscription work?
Choose any 30-pack of Aelo self heating eye masks and how often you'd like it delivered: every 1, 2 or 3 months. Your first pack usually ships within 1–2 business days, and you save 10% on every delivery, with no minimum commitment. We email you 3 days before each later delivery, so you can skip or delay it if you still have plenty.
How much do I save with a subscription?
10% on every delivery, not just the first. In Australia, a 30-pack costs $71.99 on subscription ($2.40 a mask) instead of $79.99 as a one-off purchase. That's $8 off every delivery.
Which masks can I subscribe to?
Every 30-pack of Aelo self heating eye masks: Fragrance-Free, Lutein, Chamomile, Lavender and the Triluxe Collection. If a pack is sold out, you can subscribe to it once it's back in stock. 10-packs and our other products are one-off purchases.
How often should my masks arrive?
Match it to how often you use them. Every month suits a mask most evenings, every 2 months suits three or four evenings a week, and every 3 months suits two or three. Our repeat customers typically reorder a 30-pack about every two months, so that's a good place to start. You can change it at any time.
Can I skip a delivery, pause or cancel?
Yes, at any time. Tap Manage my subscription at the top of this page, enter the email you subscribed with, and we'll email you a secure link. From there you can skip or delay a delivery, pause, or cancel. There's no lock-in contract and no minimum number of deliveries.
Can I change my masks or how often they arrive?
Yes. The same secure link lets you swap to a different 30-pack, change how often your masks arrive, move your next delivery date, or update your payment method or delivery address.
When will I be charged?
You pay for your first pack at checkout. After that, each delivery is charged to your saved payment method on the day it's processed, never earlier, and we email you a reminder 3 days before.
Is shipping free on subscription orders?
Standard shipping is free when a subscription delivery reaches $40 in Australia (AUD), NZ$65 in New Zealand (NZD), or US$70 in other countries (USD). Below these thresholds, Standard shipping costs $7.90 in Australia, NZ$15 in New Zealand and US$13 in other countries. Express shipping is $12 in Australia, NZ$29 in New Zealand and US$22 in other countries. Shipping is calculated for each subscription delivery.
What if I end up with spare masks?
Unopened masks keep for two years from the date of manufacture, sealed in their individual pouches, so a spare pack won't go to waste. If you're building up a stash, skip a delivery or switch to every 3 months.
