    Create an account or log in, then click the Rewards tab (or select Discover the loyalty program) to get started.

  • Step 2

    At the top, click View next to Order discount.

  • Step 3

    Choose how many points you’d like to redeem for dollars off your one-time purchase.

  • Step 4

    A coupon will then be generated – click Apply code to add it to your cart automatically, or copy the code to use later.

What is Aelo Rewards?

Aelo points is Aelo's loyalty program that lets you earn points every time you shop, engage with us, or celebrate your birthday. Use those points to get cash discounts—because self-care should come with perks.
How do I earn points?

Create an account to unlock your rewards! We’ll link it to your email so you can earn points on every purchase. You can also earn points by following us on socials, referring friends, and celebrating your birthday.
How do I redeem points?

Redeeming your points is easy. Log in, click View under Order discount, use the slider to choose how many points you’d like to redeem, and a coupon will be created. Click Apply code to automatically add it at checkout.
When will I get my birthday points?

To receive your birthday points, just make sure your birthdate is added to your account (above) at least 30 days before your birthday. When your birthday comes around, the points will automatically be added to your account—no action needed from you!
Do my points expire?

Your Kiyoko points expire 12 months after they’re earned. To keep your balance active, be sure to redeem or earn points at least once a year.
What happens to my points if I cancel or return an order?

If you cancel or return an order, any points earned from that purchase will be automatically removed from your account.
Can I earn points on past purchases?

Sadly, we can’t time-travel (yet!). Points can’t be added to past orders — you’ll start earning as soon as you join the Rewards program.
How does the referral program work?

Send your friends $10 off their first order. When they treat themselves and check out, you’ll score 1,000 points as a thank-you. The more friends you bring in, the more points you earn!
